Consultations start at $350.00 for a two-hour consultation. (fee includes travel up to 25 miles)

Many MLS photos found online fail to show homes in their best light. Some photos reveal too much clutter, others are due to inexperience with a camera, such as using "fish-eye lens" to make rooms appear larger, which causes distortion. It's true that a picture is worth a thousand words. With my photography skills and eye for detail, I find the right angles, lighting, and realistic room size proportions to showcase your home's best features. I use proper camera settings to accurately depict your home. Knowing what to photograph and what not to photograph is essential to enticing buyers to call for a viewing.

The right pieces of furniture and the right decor are often what cinch the deal for buyers. This is because they're looking for scale. Buyers want to see that their stuff can fit into your home's living spaces. The right furniture - especially when Staging a vacant home - is crucial. Show your buyers your home is their best choice with updated furniture and decor that's appropriate for your home's architectural design and pricing. It really does make a difference.

Open House Assistance
Have you ever watched HGTV and seen Home Stagers pair up with Real Estate Agents to get to the bottom of why certain homes aren't selling? That is what I help you with. Whether it's teaming up with your Realtor, or assisting you personally, I will ask the right questions to find out exactly why your home isn't appealing to buyers. I also assist FSBO home sellers with preparing for and holding open houses.
Open House Assistance is billed at $175.00 per hour. (fee includes travel up to 25 miles)
